Waivers exempting compliance with the provisions of this chapter shall be obtained in writing on a form provided by the City under the following circumstances:
(a) Fire damaged buildings: so long as clean up, repair or demolition is initiated within ninety days from the date of the fire.
(b) Extended vacationers or temporary changes in living arrangements: a resident on an extended vacation or in an alternative temporary living arrangement, with the intention of re-occupying the property.
(c) A former Mayfield Heights owner-occupant who has moved and is actively attempting to sell the vacant home.
(d) Estate of a deceased Mayfield Heights homeowner which estate is actively attempting to sell the vacant home.
