(a) As a result of the novel coronavirus pandemic, and the spacing limitations required by the State of Ohio, the daily admission fee for the Charles Dragga Municipal Swimming Pool for 2020 for any resident of the City of Mayfield Heights shall be five dollars ($5.00), and the fee for any resident of the Mayfield School District shall be ten dollars ($10.00) per person. There shall be no fee for children two years of age or under when accompanied by an adult who has paid the admission fee. The Mayor may adjust this fee with the concurrence of the President of Council.
(b) Waivers prepared by the City must be signed by or on behalf of any individual using the pool.
