175.02 OFFICERS; PROCEDURES.

(a) The officers of the Keep Mayfield Heights Beautiful Commission shall be a Chairman, a Vice-Chairman and a Secretary, who shall be elected annually by the Commission from its membership.

(b) The Commission may adopt rules of procedure and shall establish a schedule of regular quarterly meetings. All meetings shall be open to the public, which shall have the right to address the Commission.
