175.01 ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION; COMPENSATION OF MEMBERS.
   (a)   There is hereby established the Keep Mayfield Heights Beautiful Commission in and for the City, which shall be an affiliate of Keep America Beautiful, Inc., a national non-profit agency. The Commission shall consist of five members appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by Council, all of whom shall be electors in the City but not a member of any other board or commission of the City. The term of office shall be five years, with the term of the first Commission member appointed to expire on December 31, 2018, and one each December 31 thereafter.
   (b)   In addition to the appointed members of the Commission, one member of Council, who shall be appointed by the President of Council, the Director of Public Service and the Director of Recreation and Parks shall be ex-officio members and shall meet with and advise the Commission but shall not have the right to vote. The Director of Public Service shall be the Executive Director of the Commission.
   (c)   Members of the Commission shall serve without remuneration, other than the regular salary, if any, provided for the City officials and employees who are ex-officio members.
