The following activities occurring on either residential or commercial property, or within 500 feet of the property line of said residential or commercial property, and engaged in by an owner, occupant, or invitee of the owner or occupant of such residential or commercial property, are hereby declared to be nuisance activities:
(a) Any animal violation under Chapter 517 or 518 of the Codified Ordinances, or equivalent Ohio Revised Code section;
(b) Any disorderly conduct, disturbance of the peace or other violation of Chapter 547 of the Codified Ordinances, or equivalent Ohio Revised Code section;
(c) Any drug abuse violation under Chapter 523 of the Codified Ordinances, or equivalent Ohio Revised Code section;
(d) Any gambling violation under Chapter 529 of the Codified Ordinances, or equivalent Ohio Revised Code section;
(e) Any safety, sanitation or health violation under Chapter 559 of the Codified Ordinances, or equivalent Ohio Revised Code section;
(g) Any misuse of 9-1-1 system violation under Section 505.28, or equivalent Ohio Revised Code section;
(h) Any alcohol violation under Chapter 511 of the Codified Ordinances, or equivalent Ohio Revised Code section;
(i) Any sex offense under Chapter 565 of the Codified Ordinances, or equivalent Ohio Revised Code section;
(j) Any offense against another person under Chapter 535 of the Codified Ordinances, or equivalent Ohio Revised Code section, with the exception of domestic violence charged pursuant to Section 535.17 or equivalent Ohio Revised Code Section;
(k) Any offense against property under Chapter 541 of the Codified Ordinances, or equivalent Ohio Revised Code section;
(l) Any weapons, explosives, firearm or handgun, or fireworks violation under Chapter 571 of the Codified Ordinances, or equivalent Ohio Revised Code section;
(m) Any noise violation under any section of the Codified Ordinances, or equivalent Ohio Revised Code section;
(n) Any offense that is a felony under any provision of the Ohio Revised Code.
