153.01 AUTHORITY OF CHIEF OF POLICE, HIS/HER DESIGNEE, OR DIRECTOR.

Whenever there is done or whenever there exists within the City any act, thing or condition of a kind which has been or may hereafter be defined by ordinance as a nuisance, the Chief of Police, his/her designee, or the Director of Public Safety is authorized and directed to promptly cause its abatement, in accordance with these Codified Ordinances.
