Unless otherwise specified in this regulation, design standards and documentation requirements shall be as described in a separate document entitled "City of Mayfield Heights Guidance For Projects" prepared by the City Engineer. The Guidance For Projects may be updated from time to time, at the discretion of the City Engineer, based on improvements in engineering, science, monitoring, local experience, or legislative requirements, etc. The City Engineer shall determine whether the documentation provided by the applicant meets the requirements of this regulation.
