Access by the City to construction site storm water management facilities and structures shall be provided by the applicant. Easements shall be provided to the City as determined necessary by the City Engineer. Easements shall be in a configuration approved by the City Engineer. Off-site easements shall be secured by the applicant. Unless otherwise specified in this regulation, design standards and documentation requirements for easements shall be as described in the City Guidance for Projects as prepared by the City Engineer.
