1340.05 APPEALS.

Any person adversely affected by any order of the Director of Buildings or Mayor/Safety Director pursuant to this chapter may request a hearing on the matter by submitting a written request to the Board of Zoning Appeals within five days of receipt thereof. The Board shall conduct a hearing and shall issue an order either affirming, reversing or modifying the order of the Director of Buildings or Mayor/Safety Director.
