The video surveillance system shall be subject to regular inspection by the Chief of Police or his/her designee, who is authorized to inspect at reasonable times any video surveillance system to determine if the system conforms with this chapter and regulations adopted by Council resolution. If the video surveillance system does not so conform, establishments must take immediate steps to bring the system into conformance.
