787.02 ACCESS TO MEDIA.

If a crime occurs, or if an employee believes a crime has occurred, the business shall contact the Police Department immediately, and the business shall provide immediate access to the media containing the recorded event to the Police Department. The business shall retain the continuous digital images recorded by this system for not less than thirty days.
