957.01   SALE/CONSUMPTION PROHIBITED.
   When an event is being held on City-owned property, other than the Community Center, and when the event is sponsored (or co-sponsored) by the City, and when it is reasonable to expect that minors will be present at the event only the City may sell alcoholic beverages at the event, and only alcoholic beverages purchased at the event may be consumed on the property. Whether or not to sell alcohol at such an event shall be determined by the Director of Recreation and Parks.
