Any new or renewal application for a permit for a temporary structure or temporary enclosure shall be made to the Director of Building on an application provided by the Building Department. Such application shall indicate the type of construction of the building and/or structure, the zoning, the size of the temporary structure or temporary enclosure, provisions for parking, the kinds and nature of merchandise to be sold and such other information as the Building Director may deem necessary. Upon the approval of the Building Director or Planning Commission, and upon the payment of a fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00), regardless of whether the application is an initial or renewal application, the permit shall be issued.
