1399.16 BARRIERS AND BARRICADES AS TRAVEL IMPEDIMENTS.

Barriers, barricades or devices of any kind that impede the free movement of pedestrians with walkers, wheelchairs, strollers or other similar devices are prohibited. Required steps or ramps are excluded from this section.
