Upon presentation of proper credentials, the Director of Buildings or his or her authorized agent may enter at all reasonable times, or at such other times as may be necessary in an emergency, any building, structure or premises in the City included in the scope of this Business Maintenance Code to perform any duty imposed on him or her by this Code.
