1387.05 FEES.

(a) An application for a certificate of occupancy shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for each dwelling unit.

(b) The fee for a certificate of occupancy for a new structure issued after June 30 of any year for the remainder of such calendar year shall be nonrefundable and shall be five dollars ($5.00) for each dwelling unit.
