1383.09 BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS AS BOARD OF HOUSING APPEALS.

The Board of Zoning Appeals shall serve as the Board of Housing Appeals, and its powers and duties and the procedures for appeal shall be as provided in Chapter 1155 of the Planning and Zoning Code.
