The applicant shall be responsible for all expenses incurred by the City for any technical engineering services, including, but not limited to, wireless communications antennas and tower experts, or legal services deemed necessary by the Director or Buildings, the Planning Commission, the Architectural Board of Review or Council, to perform the reviews required by this chapter. The applicant shall place on deposit the amount necessary (not less than two thousand, five hundred dollars ($2,5000)) for the City to obtain certification from an Ohio registered structural engineer that the proposal is in compliance with Federal, State and local regulations.
