1365.13 DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   If the moving of any building or other structure for which a permit was granted causes damage to a public street and/or other public property or improvement, the Director of Buildings, in addition to any other remedy the City may have, may cause such damage to be repaired and the costs thereof to be deducted from the deposit required by Section 1365.06(b), or the Director of Buildings may require the person to whom such a permit was granted, or his or her authorized representative, upon written notification from the Director of Buildings, to make all necessary repairs to such streets and/or property and improvements. If the permittee or his or her authorized representative fails to make the necessary repairs within the period of time designated in the written notice, the Director of Buildings may cause such necessary repairs to be made and the costs thereof to be deducted from the deposit required by Section 1365.06(b), or may proceed to exercise any other remedies the City may have.
