A house moving permit shall be issued by the Director of Finance after the conditions set forth in this chapter have been met and agreed to and after the applicant has paid to the Director a permit fee as established in Section 1335.12. The Director shall not issue a permit until he or she has received notification from the Director of Buildings and the Chief of Police that all requirements of their offices have been complied with.
