1359.07 ADVERTISING, SIGNS AND SCREENING.

(a) No lettering, numerals, symbols, pictorial signs or designs shall be added to any surface of an earth station or a microdish.

(b) Except for permitted roof-top installations, plantings of an evergreen variety shall be provided around the structure. Plantings shall not be less than one-half of the height of the structure and shall substantially screen it from view.
