The overall height of an earth station or a microdish shall be in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions or guidelines. In the event that the manufacturer's installation instructions or guidelines are silent, the overall height of an earth station or a microdish shall not exceed the diameter by more than eighteen inches. Notwithstanding the foregoing, installation of a microdish shall be mounted to a main structure as close as practicable to the roof line or twelve feet from ground level, whichever is higher.
