(a) In addition to the requirements set forth in this section, earth stations or microdishes shall be constructed, installed or erected in the manner provided in the manufacturer's construction and installation instructions or guidelines.

(b) The earth stations shall be designed to withstand a wind force of up to eighty-five miles per hour in a manner conforming with good engineering practices.

(c) All underground electrical wiring shall be in conformity with the latest edition of the National Electrical Code, NFPA 70. Overhead wiring shall be subject to the approval of the Director of Buildings or his or her authorized, licensed building inspector.

(d) The earth station shall be bonded to an eight-foot grounding rod, or as recommended by the manufacturer's installation instructions or guidelines.

(e) If guy wires are to be used, they shall be confined to all setback requirements.
(f) The location of an earth station or microdish shall in no way interfere with overhead electric lines.
(g) Plans shall conform to good engineering practices.
