(a) No earth station or microdish shall be erected in any front or side yard. Earth stations and microdishes shall maintain rear yard and side yard setback requirements of not less than the height of the earth station or microdish, but in no case less than five feet.

(b) Microdishes may not be constructed, installed or erected on garages, accessory buildings, poles or towers other than as is provided in these Codified Ordinances. Earth stations and microdishes may be permitted on the flat roof of structures in accordance with the ordinances of the City. All roof-top dishes shall be located as close as practicable to the center of the roof area or other acceptable location on the roof to provide for the least visibility from the ground area and to allow for adequate reception.

(c) No earth station or microdish shall be linked to receivers which are not located on the same lot or premises as the earth station or microdish.
