1359.01 INSTALLATION; PERMIT REQUIRED.

No person shall install or erect a dish-type satellite signal-receiving earth station, hereinafter referred to as an earth station, or a microsatellite dish not exceeding twenty-four inches in diameter, hereinafter referred to as a microdish, in the City, without first obtaining a permit therefor in accordance with this chapter.
