The housing license fees shall be as follows:
(a) Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) annually for all rental dwelling units in all U-3 zoning classifications, paid annually to the Director of Finance by January 1 of each year.
(b) One hundred dollars ($100.00) annually for all rental dwelling units in all other zoning classifications, paid annually to the Director of Finance by January 1 of each year.
(c) A late fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be assessed if the housing license fee is not received by the Director of Finance by 5:00 p.m. on the first day of February. If the first day of February falls on a weekend, the housing license fee must be received by the Director of Finance no later than 5:00 p.m. on the third day of February.
(d) Should revocation of a housing license occur as set forth in Section 1341.06, there will be a one hundred dollar ($100.00) reinstatement fee, to be paid within five business days from the date identified on the notice of revocation. The reinstatement fee shall be paid to the Director of Finance.
