1341.01 PURPOSE.

The purpose of the amendments to these sections is for the preservation and protection of the health, safety and welfare of all the residents of the City, in that these amendments will directly and proximately facilitate the maintenance and enhancement of all of the housing stock throughout the City, multi-family and single-family alike.
