1339.02 ISSUANCE; INSPECTIONS.
   (a)   An application for a certificate of inspection required by this chapter shall be made upon forms supplied by the Director of Buildings.
   (b)   The Director of Buildings shall cause a general inspection of the exterior of the dwelling structure and premises to be made.
   (c)   The certificate of inspection shall contain the following information:
      (1)   The street address or other identifying characteristics of the dwelling structure;
      (2)   The name and address of the owner, as defined in Section 1381.04(n);
      (3)   The authorized use and occupancy of the dwelling structure; and
      (4)   The listing of all known violations of this Building Code or of the Fire Prevention Code existing at the time of such inspection.
   (d)   Such certificate of inspection shall be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of the inspection required herein. If, upon expiration of the 12-month period, any owner of any dwelling structure has not entered into an agreement to sell or otherwise convey a dwelling structure, then the owner must obtain from the Director of Buildings a new certificate of inspection of the exterior of such dwelling structure and premises and present a copy of such certificate to the prospective purchaser or grantee.
