1337.08 USED OR OCCUPIED FOR HUMAN HABITATION DEFINED.
   For purposes of this chapter, houses or other structures shall be considered as being used or occupied for human habitation when one or more human beings use the house or other structure for the purpose of sleeping accommodations, or cook food in the house or other structure or spend more than twelve hours in any single day within the boundaries of the property on which the house or other structure is located.
