1335.19 STARTING WORK WITHOUT PERMIT.

Where work for which a permit is required by this chapter is started prior to obtaining such permit, the fees required for such permit shall be doubled, but the payment of such double fee shall not relieve any person from fully complying with the requirements of this Building Code or of any other ordinance of the City or law of the State.
