Fees for building permits are as follows:
(a) One and two-family houses and three or more single-family units attached to each other, including garage, new construction:

(b) Additions and alterations to one and two-family houses and/or fire jobs; $100.00 + $20.00 per 100 sf:

(c) New/replacement garages for existing structures:

(e) Additions and alterations to all multifamily structures:

(f) Garages in multifamily classifications
