1335.01 APPROVAL OF BUILDING PLANS FOR FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS BY FIRE PREVENTION BUREAU.
   The plans and specifications for fire protection systems of all mercantile buildings, manufacturing plants, schools, hospitals, churches and all other buildings and structures, with the exception of single and two-family dwellings, shall be approved by the Fire Prevention Bureau before the issuance of any permit for remodeling or new construction of any kind. For new construction, the plans and specifications shall also include the number, location and type of fire hydrants.
