1333.01 ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION.

Within the Department of Public Safety, there is hereby established a Division of Building, Engineering and Inspection. In the Division, there shall be the following positions:

Building Inspector

Director of Buildings

Housing Inspector

Utilities Construction/Sidewalk Inspector

Part-time Inspector

in such numbers as Council determines.
