1331.04 CHAIRPERSON; SECRETARY; RECORDS.

One member of the Architectural Board of Review shall be elected Chairperson of the Board and shall be responsible for the proper administration of its duties. The Secretary of the Building, Engineering and Inspection Division shall be the Secretary of the Board and shall keep, or cause to be kept, in the City Hall, a complete record of all meetings of the Board and of all transactions handled by it.
