Each member of the Architectural Board of Review shall be a graduate architect from an accredited school of architecture. Not less than two members shall be duly registered and authorized to practice architecture under the laws of the State, and shall have been actively engaged in the general practice of architecture for a period of not less than three years prior to his or her appointment to the Board.
