1315.05 CONFLICT OF LAWS.

In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the Ohio Plumbing Code, as adopted in Section 1315.01, and a provision of any other standard technical code adopted by the City, or of any local ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation, the stricter standard shall control.
