(a) There is hereby established a Records Commission of the City which shall have the duties and functions set forth in Ohio R.C. 149.39.
(b) The Commission shall consist of the following:
(1) Mayor;
(2) Administrator (Chairman);
(3) Director of Finance; and
(4) Director of Law.
In addition, the Mayor shall appoint one resident of the City to serve on the Commission. Such resident shall serve for a term of two years commencing on January 1.
(c) Members shall serve without additional compensation.
