151.05 SECRETARY-CLERK.
   There is hereby created in the unclassified service of the City, the position of Secretary-Clerk in the Division of Inspection. Such Secretary-Clerk shall be well qualified to do general secretarial work, typing, billing and collection of payments for permits and licenses, and the book and record keeping incident thereto, and shall perform such duties as may be designated or assigned by the Building and Zoning Inspector.
