There is hereby created in the unclassified service of the City, the position of Building and Zoning Inspector in the Division of Inspection. Such Building and Zoning Inspector shall be certified and/or licensed by the appropriate agency of the State of Ohio and shall be well qualified to do and perform the duties of supervising the Division and administering the Building Code, Zoning Code and Housing Code and perform such other duties as directed by the Director of Public Safety.
