113.02 PERIOD OF POSTING.

Copies of ordinances, resolutions or other measures shall be posted for a period of not less than fifteen days after passage by Council. Failure to post any ordinance, resolution or other measure shall not affect the validity of said ordinance, resolution or other measure.
