SECTION 2 CHARTER REVIEW ADVISORY COMMISSION.

The Municipality shall have a Charter Review Advisory Commission which shall consist of five (5) electors of the Municipality who are appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by a majority of the members of Council for overlapping five year terms. Vacancies in the Commission shall be filled in the same manner but shall be for the balance of the term only. (Added 11-8-94)
