1367.07 FALSE OR SUBSTANTIALLY MISLEADING STATEMENTS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to present a false or substantially misleading statement knowingly or intentionally to authorities charged with enforcement of any portion of this code, or to sign a complaint for violation of this title, knowing that it is based upon false or substantially misleading information.
