Except as provided in Ohio Revised Code Section 3743.80, the Ohio Fire Code and Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 1301:7-7 and except for licensed exhibitors of fireworks authorized to conduct a fireworks exhibition pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Sections 3743.50 to 3743.55, Maumee Codified Ordinances, the Ohio Fire Code and Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 1301:7-7, no person shall discharge, ignite, or explode any fireworks within the City of Maumee except on the third and fourth days of July, between the hours of 4 p.m. and 11 p.m.
