Any person authorized under Ohio Revised Code Section 3743.45 to possess 1.4G fireworks in the State of Ohio may only discharge, ignite or explode those fireworks on private property, with authorization from the property owner, on the third and fourth days of July only, between the hours of 4 p.m.and 11 p.m. in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Sections 3743.27, 3743.45 and 3743.451 and Ohio administrative Code Section 1301:7-7-56(Z).
