307.08 ROTATION OF CLASS A LICENSEES.

The calling of a Class A licensee for a police-ordered tow shall be rotated among the licensees. When responding to a tow, the towing agency shall arrive within thirty minutes of the call from the Communications Center. (Ord. 087-2020. Passed 5-4-20.)
