937.13 REVIEW FEES.

The Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan shall be submitted for review. Filing a review fee is part of a complete submittal and is required to be submitted to the City of Maumee before the review process begins. Review fees shall be $100 minimum for sites up to two (2) acres, plus $50 per each subsequent acre or fraction thereof.
