(a) No person shall erect, convert, enlarge, reconstruct, move or structurally alter, or use any structure or land for any purpose which is not permitted in the district in which the structure or land is located.
(b) No person shall commence erection, relocation, or structural alteration of any structure or part of any structure in the City without a valid Zoning Use Permit.
(c) No person shall undertake external changes to any property within a Design Review Overlay District without a valid Certificate of Appropriateness issued by the Design Review Board.
(d) No person shall occupy or use any vacant land or structure, or change an existing use to any other use, without a valid Zoning Certificate of Compliance or a valid Temporary Certificate of Zoning Compliance.
(e) No person shall occupy any vacant land or structure in violation of conditions placed upon the use of property.
(f) No person shall erect or structurally alter a structure such that it is not located on a lot as herein defined and in no case shall there be more than one principal building on one lot unless otherwise provided in this Zoning Code.
(g) No person shall erect, convert, enlarge, reconstruct or structurally alter a structure except in conformity with the lot area, frontage, yard area, floor area, bulk, and open space regulations of the district in which the structure is located.
(h) No person shall erect, convert, enlarge, reconstruct, or structurally alter an accessory structure in violation of this Zoning Code.
(i) No person shall erect, keep, or maintain access to or from a public street in violation of this Zoning Code.
(j) No person shall fail to erect, keep, or maintain off-street parking and loading requirements of this Zoning Code.
(k) No person shall erect, keep, or maintain fences in violation of this Zoning Code.
(l) No person shall allow, operate, or maintain a home occupation in violation of this Zoning Code.
(m) No person shall erect, keep, or maintain signs in violation of this Zoning Code.
(n) No person shall erect, keep, or maintain wireless telecommunication towers and antenna in violation of this Zoning Code.
(o) No person shall fail to erect, keep, or maintain landscaping in violation of this Zoning Code.
(p) No person shall move, structurally alter, or reestablish after abandonment, substantial damage, or destruction a nonconforming use or increase the degree of the existing nonconformity unless otherwise provided in this Zoning Code.
(q) No person shall continue performance of any work in or about a structure or premises after revocation of a Zoning Use Permit.
(r) No person shall knowingly make a false statement, or knowingly swear or affirm the truth of a false statement previously made on any application or petition or other documents filed in support of an application or petition pursuant to the provisions of this Zoning Code.
