There is hereby created in the unclassified service of the City, the position of Zoning and Community Improvement Assistant in the Division of Inspection. Such Zoning and Community Improvement Assistant shall be responsible for enforcement of the Zoning Code of the City and promotion of neighborhood improvement and redevelopment, and shall assume such other responsibilities and perform such other duties as shall be from time to time designated or assigned by the Building and Zoning Inspector.
