1519.03 PUBLIC EXHIBITION PERMIT REQUIRED.

A licensed exhibitor or fireworks who wishes to conduct a public fireworks exhibition within the Municipality shall apply for and receive approval to conduct the exhibition from the Fire Chief and from the Chief of Police or their designees.
