The violation of a proclamation of emergency, a subsequent proclamation exercising emergency powers, a proclamation of curfew, a rule, or order, which proclamation, rule or order is issued pursuant to Chapter 107, or the violation of any order or directive given by peace officer or designated emergency services personnel pursuant to authority resulting from Chapter 107 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree on a first offense and any subsequent offenses shall be a misdemeanor of the First Degree.
